Over the last few months, we have been transforming our business, preparing for the future, and bringing together our strong portfolio of industrial water equipment businesses and technologies under the Graver Water and Ecodyne brands. We are excited to share the next chapter in our transformation, the creation of Marmon Industrial Water combining Ecodyne Limited, and Graver Water Systems LLC. The number one goal of this reorganization is to make it easier for you, our customers to do business with all our brands.
To make this transition seamless for you, we are sharing the following details:
- Starting August 1, 2021 Graver Water Systems, LLC will be changing its name to Marmon Industrial Water, LLC. (this includes Ecodyne Heat Exchanger which was consolidated by merger into Graver Water Systems on April 1st of this year). All other USA tax entity details remain the same, EIN 22-2444063.
- Starting August 1, 2021 Ecodyne Limited will be changing its name to Marmon Industrial Water, Limited. All other Canadian tax entity details remain the same, tax ID 101560373.
- After August 1, 2021, you will start to see our documentation, such as order confirmations, invoices and pick lists with the new name, Marmon Industrial Water.
