Michelle Misialek
Continuous Improvement Officer
Michelle Misialek was promoted to Continuous Improvement Officer of Marmon Holdings in 2019. In this position, Michelle supports the Marmon initiatives of accelerated revenue growth, process optimization and leverage spend via training, consulting and brainstorming with all the Marmon business units.
Michelle joined Marmon in 2007 as Vice President-Controller, Leasing, for Union Tank Car Company. In 2009, she was promoted to Sector Vice President Finance of Marmon Industrial Products, and subsequently also served as Sector Vice President Finance of Marmon Flow Products. Michelle was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of Marmon Engineered Components Company in 2013. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of the operating company’s financial management for our Transportation, Electrical, Plumbing, Metal Services and Industrial Groups.
Before coming to Marmon, Michelle worked for Omron Healthcare, Inc., where she held the positions of Accounting Manager, Controller, Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration and Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. She previously was a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Company.
Michelle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and computer science from Northern Illinois University and Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
