Becky Tinkham
Chief Human Resources Officer
As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Becky Tinkham is responsible for leading Marmon’s global human resources organization and providing support to our portfolio companies to help them meet their diverse talent needs.
Becky was promoted to the CHRO role in November 2022 as part of Marmon’s focus on succession planning and growing internal talent. Becky joined Marmon in July 2020 as the Vice President, Human Resources for Colson Medical, LLC (Marmon’s Medical Group) where she has been instrumental in successfully integrating the group’s businesses into Marmon including leading policy, benefits and systems harmonization. She also supported Colson’s growth through internal investment and strategic acquisitions.
Becky brings more than 20 years of HR experience including global HR leadership roles at Univar Solutions and Ingredion where she focused on business and culture transformations. Additionally, Becky specialized in human capital and executive compensation consulting during her tenure at Mercer Consulting.
Becky holds a Master’s Degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in finance and international business from Illinois State University. Becky also served two years as a small business development volunteer with the United States Peace Corps in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala.
